Our Mission
Our story begins in 1996, when the company MEDIATE, s.r.o. was founded and started its business activities on the market. The core mission of the company was based on the sale of APOTHEKE herbal teas and dietary supplements for the pharmaceutical market and healthy nutrition stores, always with an emphasis on maintaining high quality. With the gradual growth of the company and its presence in the market, its manufacturing and commercial activities expanded into other areas, including the production of tea blends for the food industry, licensed and private label production, and specialized tea production for gastronomy and catering. In 2015, under the registered brand GREEN APOTHEKE, we launched the production of a premium assortment of legumes, grains, pasta, as well as other gluten-free and organic products.
Technology and Certification
We manufacture our products using professional machines from IMA, ACMAVOLPAK, and Marden Edwards. For MEDIATE, s.r.o., the top priority is the quality of the products we produce and the maximum satisfaction of our customers. We mix tea blends according to our own recipes, placing great emphasis on the traceability of raw material origins. The entire production process is thoroughly monitored in accordance with the HACCP system, which ensures the safety and health integrity of our products. Part of our production is made in organic (BIO) quality using raw materials from strictly controlled suppliers. The first certificate for the production of organic-quality products was awarded to the company in 2007 by ABCERT, and since then, our activities have been subject to an annual inspection process. Our products intended for young children are evaluated by the Czech Pediatric Society. Our company has also joined the Green Company project, enabling employees to dispose of small electrical appliances and batteries in an environmentally friendly way, thereby expanding our efforts in environmental protection.
Protected Workshop
Assembly workshop in Dolní Libchavy and Ústí nad Orlicí. In collaboration with the CEDR Pardubice organization, we operate assembly workshops in Dolní Libchavy and Ústí nad Orlicí. The mission of CEDR is to assist people with mental illnesses, improving their living conditions so they can live contentedly in an environment of their own choosing. The assembly workshop—a new protected workplace in Dolní Libchavy—began operations at the beginning of August 2017. In this new facility, we currently employ 6 individuals with disabilities or health disadvantages in protected job positions.
